For the last eleven years, Ryan has made concert posters and art prints under the name Drug Factory Press while also making “fine” art under his given name. Known for his use of hand-drawn type, economic line work, and tacit humor, Ryan’s work has graced many fine surfaces of Chicago, as well as in Austin, Portland, Toronto, Berlin, France, London, the Netherlands, and Japan.
Elizabeth Kovach is a screen printer working in Chicago under the name Salty Broad Press. She produces high quality screen printed editions for artists. Notorious for her sarcasm, she earned the nickname Salty from her fellow screen printers. An obsession with process-based arts led her to work at a number of print shops before starting her own business in 2015.
